| Some 40 plus years ago Rolf Wolfangel
set up this company to manufacture and develop machines for
processing polyester/glass fibre composite materials, using
his own knowledge and engineering experience to simplify the
operation and improve the reliability of such machines, to satisfy
his frustrations about the inadequacies of other machines on
the market. |
Being a down-to-earth
kind of man, and a perfectionist, he was soon offering improved
machines, which required very little by way of spare parts and caused
almost zero breakdown initiated losses of production.
Over the years
further developments and new technologies have come along making
this company the leading manufacturer of top quality machines and
equipment for the Composites Industry.
Wolfangel have
kept up-to-date not only with glass fibre but also with carbon and
Kevlar fibres, etc., which offer materials with excellent characteristics
for an ever-increasing field of applications. Examples are automobiles,
railway rolling stock, ship and boat building, architecture, buildings,
laboratories, leisure equipment, etc.
Wolfangel are
a very competent partner in GRP and RTM technology and have a full
range of exceptional accessories to back up the assistance they
provide to their clients.
It is highly
beneficial to engage with them, through us, at the early stages
of your project.
To complement
their endeavours we, ourselves, have wide experience in composites
production and machinery so that we can provide an effective back
up service and advice.

These are constantly
being up-dated to effect improvements and to meet current legislation
requirements.
In addition
it is quite easy to modify the standard machines to accommodate
the exact requirements of individual customers. More and more often
there is a call to include automisation, integration with existing
plant interfaces and specialised engineering. All such requirements
are discussed with the customer to agree satisfactory solutions
in advance.
Typical modified
standard units for special requirements are illustrated below.
